Ellenmarie is the Director of Operations with The Mauz Group in Washington Township (NJ), and is part of the Leadership Team who has led the group to the top 1% of Keller Williams Realty, also an Elite 1:1 Coach with Ops Boss® Coaching. While her team closed almost 300 units in 2021, Ellenmarie believes her true success is measured by the success others have as a result of her coaching. She is known for team building and encouraging personal development.

Ellenmarie holds a degree in Marketing and Accounting from Cabrini University and has a background in insurance sales. She began her real estate career in 2011 as a solo sales agent. She joined the Mauz Group in 2017 as Transaction Manager, was promoted to the team’s DOO in 2018, and now leads an administrative staff of 4. She has helped the team with over 900 transactions, increased profit, decreased expenses, and implemented a large variety of systems.

Ellenmarie prides herself on keeping the culture and team-bonding activities such as providing a meal to a shelter for every home sold. She loves working with all kinds of Ops Bosses® and is especially good at goal setting and helping admin clarify their roles and their measures of success so they can take decisive action. She has been known to be a bit too competitive on team scavenger hunts, wears too much navy, and loves coffee. What she loves most is spending time with her husband and two kids (the real bosses) and being at the beach.
